We're compiling an on-line archive of the most exciting unit and lesson plans that we can find. If we publish your plans, we'll send you a Gift Card in an amount ranging from $25 to $100, for use in your art classroom. The dollar amount of the Gift Card will be based upon the length, detail and clarity of instruction. It also will be based upon the dynamic and innovative nature of the plan, and the inclusion of products available for purchase from Meininger's.

Please include the following information when submitting a unit or lesson plan for inclusion on the Meininger web site.

• Objective
• Step by step instructional sequence
• Materials list
• Bibliography, internet links or other necessary resources
• How the unit meets state or district art education standards.
• Photos of students and their finished work

The Meininger editors reserve the right to edit as needed for suitable presentation. Information can be submitted to either store location on disk in a Microsoft Word or Rich-text format or submit via e-mail to webmaster@meininger.com. Acceptance of submitted plans, and decision regarding the amount of Gift Card offered, is at the sole discretion of the Meininger Art Supply.

H.R. Meininger Lesson Plan Copyright and Publication Policy

By submitting a lesson plan to H.R. Meininger Company (HRM Co.), the Author hereby assigns to HRM Co. the right to publish and distribute the said lesson plan and to create derivative work from said lesson plan. HRM Co. does not retain exclusive publication rights to said lesson plan.

Infringement of Copyright
By submitting a lesson plan to HRM Co., the Author agrees to hold HRM Co. harmless for any unauthorized use of the article subsequent to its publication by HRM Co. in an electronic or other medium. Any distribution or publication of said lesson plan by anyone who obtains copies of it from the HRM Co. website or by any other means shall constitute an infringement of the Author's copyright.

Certain Right Reserved to Author
The Author shall remain the sole owner of the copyright in said lesson plan. The Author may publish the lesson plan in any other journal or medium.
