in the class. Should the class be full,
children will have seating priority
at tables.
Instruction
begins promptly at 4:30pm and lasts for one hour. Please
note recommended age groups. All classes are held on
the second floor of our Denver store.

Colors Aflutter
April
2 | ages 6-12
Design a lovely butterfly with symmetry, lines, shapes and pattern. Then using a variety of watercolor techniques these butterflies will take flight with their beautifully painted colors!
Magical Mono-prints
April
9 | ages 6-12
Learn how to make wonderful one-time (mono) prints that can be made quickly and easily and are a whole lot of fun! Using Createx Mono-print colors make an original painting using additive and subtractive techniques and then like magic print it! Bring your imagination the possibilities are endless!
Inspired Insects

Explore form, color and science when making your own insect using Sculpey ll oven bake clay. Let form follow function in reproducing a favorite insect or be creative and make up a whole new species! Take home and bake your new buggy friend, then find the perfect environment for it to live!
Repurposed Masterpieces

Help celebrate Earth Day by creating a one of kind recycled stained glass vase. Using recycled glass jars, Mod Podge, and decorative papers create a reusable, colorfully frosted vase great for flowers or for storing things around the house.
Junior Artist Trading Cards
April
30 | ages 6-12
Learn about Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) a craze that is sweeping the nation. The original miniature works of art have grown in popularity and allow many artistic possibilities. Learn about the Elements of Art and incorporate them into ATCs using Strathmore Bristol, a variety of media and techniques. Trade with other artists or keep them to enjoy yourself!
