Thank you for thinking of H. R. Meininger Co. as an important part of your community. Every year we receive hundreds of donation requests. While we aim to fulfill as many as possible it is impossible for us to do so, requests from arts related organizations will be prioritized over requests from other organizations and nonprofits.

Please see further guidelines below before submitting the donation request form:

We are able to make donations once per calendar year per organization
Submit your request no less than 60 days in advance and allow 30 days for a response
Requests for silent auction items will come in the form of one (1) $20 gift card
Requests for art supplies are limited to youth and nonprofit organizations
If submitting a request for event sponsorship please include Sponsor Deck file or PDF attachment in space provided on the form
